Lost a total of 5lbs to date. That initial weight loss is definitely a motivator but regardless, events (especially in my life) always arise that lead me away from my goals. Had some finger foods and cake yesterday but went a little overboard with sugary foods today.
I’m not going to dwell on it though. Deprivation won’t bring me any closer to my goal, it will only set me back in the end. I will take this as a learning experience. Next event I will allow myself a slight indulgence and leave it that way. Keeping my head up and remembering why I took the first step of the dukan diet.
Some sleep and a nice early morning walk should set the tone for the week :)
